When Receiving Your Product
Before signing the cargo report, check if there is any damage or problem in the box of your product. If there is any damage or deficiency, or if the box tape is opened for any reason, return your box to the cargo officer with a request for a report to be drawn up without signing any document regarding the delivery. If you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be sent to you immediately. In the event that products with damaged boxes or alleged missing content are received, we are not responsible for the damage or deficiency of the products inside. Please report this situation to info@bafk.co in writing as soon as possible, along with the contract number.
